Eddie Aguilera is a seasonally-inspired, dynamic chef who brings innovative ideas and fun energy into every kitchen he steps into. He is a man of very few words… so we let his cooking do the talking...We kid - he’ll talk up a storm in any setting he takes part in!
Eddie specializes in Mediterranean dishes, and is currently a freelance food stylist and sous chef for The Prince & Pantry in Costa Mesa, CA.
We first teamed up with Chef Eddie during our first event in the Fall, and it was a match made in heaven! We are incredibly lucky to partner up with him to help create one-of-a-kind culinary experiences and have him share some of his tips and tricks to spice up your cooking at home or elsewhere!
